What this website collects
The enquiry form collects the name, email address, organisation, enquiry type and message that you choose to provide. This information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. Newsletter and book-update forms collect your email address and the list you chose to join. The website does not offer user accounts or accept payments.
Technical information
The hosting service may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver the website securely and maintain its operation. Google Analytics may be enabled to understand aggregate website use. When enabled, IP anonymisation is requested and the information is not used for advertising by this website.
External services
The enquiry form uses Resend to deliver messages when the service is configured. Newsletter subscriptions use Mailchimp and require email confirmation. The website also links to Calendly, LinkedIn, Medium, BallBusiness and BallBridge. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies when you use them.
